Robert F. Stockley Robert F. "Bob" Stockley, 79 of Chambersburg, passed away at ManorCare on Wed. Jan. 22, 2014.

He was born July 13, 1934, in Somerset, PA the son of the late Robert S. and Della (Kimmel) Stockley, and raised in Tressler Orphans Home in Loysville, PA.

Bob served his country in the US Army for 29 years and was a veteran of both Vietnam and Korea.

He was later employed at Letterkenny Army Depot where he worked for a number of years until he retired.

Bob was a life member at the: Charles Nitterhouse Post #1599 V. F. W., the American Legion Burt J. Asper Post #46, and the Amvets Post #224. He enjoyed hunting and traveling.

Bob is survived by his wife, Dolores M. Wiley of Chambersburg, who he married on July 12, 2005; three sisters: Peggy Pancoast, Bridgeport, PA; Betty Hemminger, Middletown, PA, Agnes K. Weaver, Harrisburg PA, and one brother: Donald Stockley, Ravanna, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Hura.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at the William F. Sellers Funeral Home with the Chaplain (Maj.) Max Furman, PA National Guard officiating.

There will be a visitation held on Monday evening January 27, 2014, at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.

Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens.

Military Honors will be provided by the Charles Nitterhouse Post #1599 V.F.W.
