James was born June 30, 1950 at Fort Gibson, OK, the son of James and Mildred (Braisher) Martin and died Sunday, September 8, 2013. James served his country in the U. S. Air Force. On August 24, 1968 he married Kathleen Rose Fulkerson in Fort Gibson. James was a computer repair technician.
