Cary was a bartender, a film editor, a solider in WWII, a ruthless gin player, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He owned the Sweet Sixteen Restaurant in Santa Monica for over 25 years; He retired in 1976, to enjoy life at Millerton Lake with his wife of 63 years.
He is survived by his loving family, wife, Laura Ann; son, Cary Frank and his wife, Carol; grandchildren, Laurie, Susie and Tiffany; their husbands, Harry and Gerald; his great-grandchildren Justin, Kaitlyn and Joshua and his dog, Terry, who misses the warm space in bed.
