Wieslawa, 65, of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away on June 11th, 2013, after a long and brave battle with cancer. Wiesia was born in Supraśl, Poland.
After coming to the USA she attended and graduated from Michigan State University and went on to teach mathematics in Michigan and Texas until her retirement in 2003.
Wiesia is survived by son, Ryan Minix, of Wichita Falls, Texas; daughter, Renee McMahan and her husband Kevin of Highland Village, Texas; two granddaughters, Tiffany and Zoey, of Highland Village, Texas.
There was a visitation for family and friends at Lauer Family Funeral Home in Jackson. A Prayer service was held, June 19th, with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stanislaus Kostka Chapel with Fr. Richard Eberle officiating.
