Baker Last Rites Set Wednesday
Funeral services are scheduled for10 a.m. Wednesday from the Baker Funeral chapel for Miss Hazel Jane Baker of Abilene, who died in that city Monday.
The Rev. George Schulze, pastor of the Wrightsboro Baptist church, will conduct the last rites with burial following in the Bundick cemetery at Smiley.
Miss Baker was born in Gonzales county on Feb3, 2909, tje daughter of Andy L. and Martha Wishert Baker, native Texans.
Survivors include her mother of Nixon; four brothers, Shelby and Leo of Gonzales, Hurley of Nixon and Denver Baker of California; seven sisters, Mrs. Beulah Smith, Mrs. Louise Parker, Mrs. Melba Morehead, all of Houston; Mrs. Nellie Lowry, Wrightsboro; Mrs, Mamie Alexander, California; Mrs. Cleo Alexander, El Paso; and Mrs. Ruth Danish of Kenedy.
Her nephews will serve as pallbearers.
