Fannie B. Hartman, 89, of Palmyra died Sunday February 17, 2013 at the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home. She was the wife of the late Rayburn W. Hartman. Born in Fontana on December 12, 1923 she was the daughter of the late Francis Shelly and Ammon Boyd. Fannie was a 1941 Graduate of Annville High School. She was a factory worker at Hershey Foods and the MNL Hotel. She is survived by her son Leon R. Hartman and wife Carol of York, two daughters Mary Ann wife of Stanley R. Johnson of Strasburg and Norma L. Hartman of Harrisburg a sister Mae S. Wallace of Campbelltown, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her five brothers John, Ammon S., George S., Charles S., Paul S. Boyd and two sisters Maggie S. Boyd and Ruth S. Whitmore. Memorial services will be held on Friday at 10:30AM at the DiMatteo Worship Center in the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home 1200 Grubb Road Palmyra, PA 17078. Interment will be in S. Annville Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be made to the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home or Central PA Hospice 1701 Linglestown Rd. 17110 in Fannie's memory.
